"Decent, but I might’ve picked the wrong time"
It worked okay and did help a little, but not as much as I was hoping. I think part of it was just bad timing on my end, so maybe I didn’t give it the best chance. Not amazing, but not totally useless either.

"good prices for what you get"
i ordered a handful of dental supplies from dentalhealthessentials.com and the prices were better than what i usually see at my local shop. shipping was totally fine too. for what i paid, i’m happy with it and would order from them again.

"Return took a little longer than expected"
It’s kind of hard to describe, but the return process felt a bit slow overall. The refund did come through eventually, just later than I was expecting.

"Packing could probably be better"
My order showed up on time, so that part was fine. The box was a little crushed though, and one of the items had wrapping that seemed kind of loose. I don’t think anything was damaged, so I ended up keeping it, but for dental supplies I guess I expected the packaging to feel a bit more secure. Overall it was okay, just not really great

I tried checking out on my phone, but it felt confusing and not very easy to follow. I was expecting clearer instructions along the way, especially for the next steps. It eventually worked, but the process could definitely be smoother

I ordered this kind of on a whim while I was drinking coffee and trying to get a few errands sorted out online, so I wasn’t really expecting anything special. But the shipping was faster than I thought it would be. I got the tracking email, checked it later that day, and it was actually moving instead of just sitting there forever like some orders do. Everything arrived in good shape, no drama, no weird delays. I’d order again just because the whole shipping part was easy
